All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery.
Your parcel should be with you within 3 to 5 days from dispatch.
Unless you are having one of our items specially made or personalised, we will try our best to get your order to you within 5 to 7 working days.
Unfortunately, very occasionally, unavoidable circumstances can delay a parcel. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible and we will do our best to sort any problem out for you. If this happens we ask for your patience with our greatest apologies.
Once your order is on its way, we will be in touch to let you know when you should expect it.
If, unfortunately (and we hope this never happens) you are unhappy with your order please contact us to let us know you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product. You have 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered to notify us you wish return your item.
If you have already received the order, just pack it up and send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know you want to cancel your order and return the product. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Unfortunately we cannot bear the direct cost of returning the product.
The refund will then be processed to your payment card:
a) 14 days after we have received the product,
b) 14 days after you have provided us with evidence you have returned the product
c) If no goods have yet been supplied, 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to cancel your order.
Please don't destroy or throw away any product, even if its faulty, before you have spoken to us and we have agreed that in doing so won't affect any refund you are entitled to.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it, including the transit back to the seller, when returning an item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on some of the products we sell due to the time put into creating them. These include any item made to your specific requirements or anything personalised that cannot be resold due to the bespoke element of the item.
